ABOUT US

We build Arez.io, an all-in-one CAFM and field service platform used by UK facilities management and maintenance companies to manage jobs, subcontractors, compliance and invoicing in one place. We operate across London, Islamabad and the Philippines.
 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will support our sales team from first conversation to a successful start with the platform. That means preparing proposals, supporting demos and helping new customers get onboarded. You are the person who makes the sales process smooth, accurate and fast, and who makes sure new customers start well.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prepare proposals, quotes and tender responses with the sales team.
  • Support product demos, including preparing demo data and following up afterwards.
  • Answer customer questions on how Arez fits their workflows.
  • Help onboard new customers with account setup, data import and basic training.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
  • Work with Technical Support and Product to answer detailed questions.
  • Research prospects and help prepare outreach and sales materials.
  • Feed customer questions and objections back to the team.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field [or equivalent experience].
  • [2-3] years in sales support, pre-sales, account coordination, customer onboarding or a similar SaaS role.
  • Excellent written English and strong presentation skills.
  • Well organised, with attention to detail on proposals and data.
  • Comfortable talking to customers and explaining software clearly.
  • Willingness to work [shift] from our Makati office.

 

PREFERRED

  • Experience with CRM tools such as [HubSpot / Salesforce].
  • Knowledge of CAFM, field service or facilities management.
