During a large-scale summer event spanning over 10 days and drawing crowds of over 150,000 attendees, Arez.io was tasked with managing a high-volume, compliant security and operations workforce. This included thousands of personnel working in rotating shifts over the course of the event. 

With a high number of attendees, the event required strict adherence to BS7858 security screening, advanced shift scheduling, and real-time field visibility across various entrances and exits, location zones and backstage areas. With the help of Arez, our client was able to: 

• Deploy Compliant Workforce: All security personnel scheduled had passed the BS7858 screening with verification and tracking through our AI-enabled compliance engine. • Automate Shift Assurance: Workers used the Arez mobile app to book on and off, applying the geo-fencing and biometric confirmation feature. The face recognition feature ensured only authorised and properly equipped workforce was deployed on-ground. 
   
• Track Worker Movements: Our geo-location services allowed the operations to monitor worker presence across entire sites, triggering alerts if an individual moved out of assigned zone or failed to check in within the defined time window.
